Our founder, Aaron Raney, has spent his entire life in Arkansas, and most of it in Central Arkansas. He wanted to be involved in a business that contained all aspects of his work life that he enjoyed. Out of college, he was a banker and enjoyed building relationships. In 2008, he started working for T Raney Construction, a reputable underground utility company owned by his father. In construction, he enjoyed putting a job into place with the goal of completing it efficiently. Swimming pool installation gives him the opportunity to make friends and design backyards that people dream about.
